Rael a scientist from 2019 builds a time-travel device to go to the future. He only wish is to see his favorite band 'Picasso's Dream' perform in their glory for their 15th anniversary tour in front of a stadium audience. Using his primitive equipment he takes a recording of their Cleveland 2030 show. Journeying back to 2019 he brings 'the future' to the humans of today to enjoy.
